Authentication

Your own login, your own permissions.

OAuth 2.0, one user at a time

Every person who adds the connector signs in with their own WTFox.ai account. There is no shared API key to pass around and no service account sitting behind the integration.

Claude then sees exactly what that user's role and department scope already allow in the product. A salesperson gets their own book of business. A manager gets the team's. Change someone's role in WTFox.ai and their Claude connector changes with it, on the next request.

How to connect

Three surfaces, one URL. Sign in with your own WTFox.ai account when Claude asks.

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Paste https://mcp.wtfox.ai/mcp and click Add.
  4. Click Connect. You'll land on the WTFox.ai sign-in page.
  5. Sign in, check the permissions Claude is asking for, and click Approve.
  6. You're back in Claude, connected. Ask your first question.

Claude Code

  1. claude mcp add --transport http wtfox https://mcp.wtfox.ai/mcp

    A browser window opens for the same sign-in and approval.

Once the WTFox.ai connector is listed in Claude's directory, steps 2 and 3 become a single click on the listing.

Disconnect whenever you want

Open Claude's settings, find WTFox.ai in your connectors, and remove it. Access stops at that moment, and nothing in your WTFox.ai account is deleted or changed by disconnecting.
